As a Hawaiʻi DOE-approved vendor, we bring freediving and spearfishing safety education to schools, helping students build ocean awareness and learn safety practices that can save lives.

Who We Are
FreediveSafe! Hawaii was founded in response to the rising number of deaths in freediving and spearfishing across the Hawaiian islands.
Our team comprises freediving professionals, record holders, and subsistence spearfishermen who understand both the beauty and the dangers of breath-hold diving.
We focus on making modern safety training accessible to ocean communities throughout Hawaii, combining traditional knowledge with evidence-based emergency response protocols.
