FreediveSafe! Hawai’i at Moloka’i Hoe 2024
FreediveSafe! Hawaii is honored to host a booth at the 2024 Moloka’i Hoe, one of the longest-running annual team sporting events in Hawai’i, second only to football. This prestigious race, now in its 72nd year, perpetuates one of Hawai’i’s and Polynesia’s most important cultural traditions while honoring outrigger canoe paddlers from around the world. Located at the Hawaiian Airlines Finish Line, we’ll be there to share our commitment to spearfishing safety and ocean stewardship—values deeply embedded in our island cultures. As over 1,000 paddlers test their physical and mental limits in the treacherous Ka’iwi Channel, we invite you to join us, talk story, and learn about new safety awareness available while upholding the traditions of our ancestors. Whether you’re a seasoned waterman or new to the sport, come connect with our ohanaand help protect our ocean community for future generations.
Location: Waikiki Beach, Honolulu
Time: 10 AM – 4 PM
